Dutch Iris 'Professor Blauuw' are classic with violet-blue petals and a small, vivid yellow stripe on the fall. They have sturdy stems, about 80-90cm, they are easy to grow and make excellent cut flowers. Often sold in bunches. Just dig a little hole, put the bulbs in and cover with soil, then firm down and water well. You can buy ten, fifteen or twenty bulbs with this order.
