Sedum are popular for their succulent leaves and starry flowers in autumn. There are low-growing types, perfect for rock gardens, and taller varieties that will thrive in well-drained perennial borders. The common name is Stonecrop. This variety, Sedum spurium Fuldaglut also known as 'Fireglow' or 'Dragon's Blood' has red leaves and magenta flowers and makes an excellent carpet. Our plants are supplied as 2cm dia transplants. You can buy three, five or six, getting better value the more you buy. Dig a small hole, put the transplants in the ground with the roots down and press the soil around then water well.
