Phlox subulata is a pretty cottage-garden flower. The common name is Creeping Phlox or Moss phlox. This variety 'Candy Stripe' will tolerate a bit of shade and they like the soil to be a bit damp. Chopping them back every year in May can also help them flower well. You get five plants in 9 cm diameter pots with this order. Just dig a small hole, put the root-ball in, back-fill with soil then firm down and water well.
