Virginia Creeper is a climber that has notable autumn colour, a kaleidoscope of green, orange, red, yellow and bronze before the leaves fall in winter. It will cover a large wall so is ideal for softening a blank facade. It is also easily kept under control by trimming at the base. You can buy one or two established plants with this order. Just dig a hole about 20 cm deep, put the root-ball in then firm the soil down around it and water well.
