Salix caprea or Goat Willow is a deciduous, round-leaved willow, ideal for creating height and structure in a garden. It is a native species that hosts a variety of wildlife including the illusive Purple Emperor butterfly. It also has attractive soft catkins in spring, giving it it's other common name 'Pussy Willow'. We sell them as small, established transplants in 9 cm diameter pots, ready to be planted at any time of year. You can get one or two transplants with this order.
