Hostas are one of the best foliage plants for light to medium shade and are deservedly popular. They are resilient and easy-to-grow plants, available in a wide range of leaf colours, sizes and shapes. This variety Hosta fortunei 'Moerheim' has large, mid-green leaves with a strong white edge and lavender colour flowers in summer. We supply it as a bare-root plant, meaning it does not come in a pot or container but as a budding section of bare root, ready to be planted in your garden. Simply dig a hole, place the hosta root in it with the bud just above the surface, back-fill with soil then firm down and water well. You can buy one, two or three plants with this order.
