Native Plants

We are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of planting native species to help wildlife. Bees, butterflies and other insects rely on native plants for food and nectar, and in turn, so do small mammals. Native plants are also hardy, and apart from often being very attractive, will neither invade or garden nor die too readily. In the right conditions they can colonise an area, making it beautiful in a very natural, subtle way.
