Allium ursinum, commonly known as Wild Garlic is a wild relative of chives. It grows in partly shaded areas, like under a tree canopy. The leaves are edible and can be used in salads and stir-fries. The bulbs and flowers are also edible. To plant them just dig a little hole, place the bulb in then cover with soil, firm down and water well. You will get two bulbs with this order.
