Fritillaria imperialis 'Rubra Maximus' one of the largest of the species with an appropriately grand sounding name. It has a crown of red, bell shaped flowers, hanging down around the top of a leafy stem. Grows to over a metre in height making it ideal for the centre piece of a bedding display and it will come back every year, from a large bulb. Perfect for a shady area as the Fritillaria species natural habitat is woodland. You can order two, three or five bulbs.
