Allium 'Gladiator' is an ornamental allium that produces a very large, purple spherical flower, on top of a long straight stem. It grows from a bulb, coming back every year and looks fantastic in a long border, punching up through the other plants and flowering at height. You get two bulbs with this order. To plant them just dig a hole about 15-20 cm deep, put the bulb in with the roots downward, cover then firm down the soil and water well.
