This flower, known as Sliver Shamrock grows from a bulb. It's hardy, with lovely foliage, white and violet-coloured flowers and a cranberry-coloured centre. It hugs the ground, around 8 cm and makes a lovely addition to the garden. Coming back every year in the spring. To plant, just dig a little hoe about 10cm deep, put the bulb in and cover with soil, then water.
