Canna Lily is a beautiful tall, flowering plant with big, lush leaves and it's perennial. so grows back every year from a tuber. It is related to the banana plant. With such tall foliage and brightly-coloured flowers. it will add an exotic aspect to your garden. 'Louis Cottin' is a brown-leaved variety and the blooms are a contrasting pale orange. It is also a dwarf variety so ideal for a large container or the front of a shrub bed. You can get one, two or three tubers with this order. To plant, just dig a little hole, put the tuber in the ground, cover with soil and water. You can lift the tubers in winter and store in a bucket of soil in a shed over winter if you live in a colder area.
