This species of plant, Zantedeschia aetiopica, produces large white flowers surrounding a yellow spadix (central flower spike) with green glossy arching leaves and can reach up to 80cm in height. It flowers from spring until summer and will often bloom again in autumn. Plant at the margins of your pond where the corm is not completely submerged. It will grow and clump up in later years, enabling you to to divide it and re-plant in different locations. You can buy one, two or three corms getting better value for the more you order.
