This Dahlia 'Le Baron' is supplied as a tuber to plant yourself. Plant them horizontally approximately 12cm deep with full access to sun and water well for the first few weeks. Remember to allow enough room between each plant so the dahlia can grow and spread to its full size without being over-crowded. You can buy two, three or five Dahlias getting better value for the more you order. They can be lifted and kept dry in the shed over winter, when they can also be divided, provided each division has a viable bud; or take a chance in milder parts of the UK and leave them in the ground. They will frequently survive to the next year, for a bigger and brighter display.
