Fig is a wonderfully healthy fruit which is relatively easy to grow, especially in a south-facing location. This variety 'Brown Turkey' is one of the easiest to grow and most reliable. In warm British summers the fruit will ripen sufficiently to produce a good crop for eating fresh from the tree. Supplied in a 5 litre pot, about 30 cm tall with fibrous roots, ready to plant. Simply dig a hole, put the root-ball in with the stem of the plant rising above ground level, back-fill with soil then firm down and water well. You can buy one or two fig trees with this order.
