Hostas are one of the best foliage plants for light to medium shade and are deservedly popular. They are resilient and easy-to-grow plants, available in a wide range of leaf colours, sizes and shapes, and valued for their lilac-coloured flowers. Planting in clumps is ideal as it creates a soft backdrop for other colourful plants. This variety Hosta 'Night Before Christmas' has a beautiful splash of white in the centre green, undulating leaves. All our plants are provided as sections of bare roots, meaning they do not come in a pot or container but are wrapped up in a bag for protection. You can buy one, two or three with this order. To plant, simply dig a hole, place the root in it with the bud just showing above the surface, cover with soil, firm down and water.
