These 'Nadine' seed potatoes are a second early variety of potato. They have white skin and cream coloured flesh. Nadine potato is also said to be one of the most successful potato varieties. It takes about 15 weeks to harvest from planting and they are ready to dig up when the leaves start to turn yellow. Great to grow on your allotment or vegetable patch. Place the seed potatoes into 10 cm (4") deep trenches and back-fill the soil to refill the trenches. When shoots reach 20 cm (8") mound up soil around the shoots leaving just a few cm showing. Repeat this process after a further 3 weeks. You will get a lovely crop of tasty potatoes. Two kilograms of seed potatoes (approx 64 seed potatoes) will yield about twenty kilograms of eating potatoes. You can buy one to five kilograms with this order.
